These terms govern the use of Naveo, a gamified learning platform for applied AI and basic programming available at naveo.space. By creating an account or using the site you accept these conditions. If you do not agree, do not use Naveo.
1. What Naveo is
Naveo offers interactive lessons, hands-on exercises, and daily quests to learn prompting, MCPs, agents, and workflows with language models. Content is delivered with game mechanics (XP, streak, hearts, gems) that exist only inside the platform and carry no monetary value outside it.
2. Who can use the service
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are between 13 and the age of majority in your country, you need permission from a parent or legal guardian. In the European Union the minimum age is 16, unless local law sets a different threshold. By using Naveo you confirm you meet this requirement.
3. Your account
Access is managed through Clerk. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for all activity that happens under your account. If you spot unauthorized access, email us at [email protected] and we will lock the session. We can suspend accounts that break these terms or put other users at risk.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use Naveo to submit illegal, harmful, defamatory, or rights-infringing content. Do not try to break the site's security, scrape content at scale, automate lesson completion, or use the API or models for purposes outside of learning (for example, generating spam or malware). Abuse of AI credits may lead to account suspension.
5. Content you generate
When you write prompts, exercise answers, or comments, that content remains yours. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to store it, process it through language model providers, and show it back to you as part of your progress. We may analyze it in aggregate and anonymized form to improve the platform, evaluation criteria, and lesson content.
6. AI features
Naveo routes requests to AI models through OpenRouter and providers such as Anthropic, OpenAI, and others. Responses are generated automatically, may contain errors, inaccuracies, or biases, and do not constitute professional advice. Do not use the outputs for legal, medical, financial, or safety decisions without human verification. Model availability may change.
7. XP, streak, hearts, and gems
Game metrics are pedagogical signals, not currency. They have no monetary value and cannot be sold, transferred, or redeemed for real money. We can tune the system rules (how much XP a lesson awards, shop prices, and so on) to balance the experience.
8. Intellectual property
Naveo's code, design, brand, illustrations, lessons, evaluation criteria, and other material belong to Naveo or its licensors. You may access and use the content for personal learning. You may not copy, redistribute, sell, or create derivative works for commercial purposes without written permission.
9. Changes to the service
Naveo is under active development. We may add, change, or remove features, lessons, tracks, and quests at any time. If we make a significant change that affects your account (for example, removing content you paid for), we will notify you by email or from your dashboard.
10. Termination
You can close your account at any time from your profile or by writing to [email protected]. We can suspend or terminate your access if you break these terms. When you close your account, your progress is deleted following the timelines described in the privacy policy.
11. Warranties and limitation of liability
Naveo is provided "as is", without express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee that the service will be available without interruption, free of bugs, or that AI outputs will be correct. To the extent permitted by law, Naveo is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, lost data, or any harm derived from the use or inability to use the service.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable where Naveo operates. Any dispute will be resolved before the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless consumer protection law grants you additional rights.
